Returns

At celtic-marketing.ie we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So we have decided to accept the return of unwanted, unsuitable or faulty goods up to 21 days from the date of delivery. The goods can be returned to celtic-marketing.ie by the customer and we aim to make this process as simple as possible.

Unwanted or unsuitable goods can be returned within 21 days of receipt as long as the goods are in perfect condition and the packaging remains in an ‘as new’ state. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to let us know of your intention. We recommend using a reliable insured carrier to return the item. If you are returning an unwanted item we do ask you to pay the cost of postage or delivery back to us. They must be well packed for return transit. Goods that are damaged as a result of poor packing will not be credited to you.

Faulty goods may be returned to us within 21 days of receipt and we shall arrange a refund or replacement. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to let us know of your intention. If you are returning a faulty item we will refund you the cost of the return postage.

celtic-marketing.ie retains the right to revise our prices at any time to reflect changes in our costs such as but not limited to: goods, carriage, labour, overheads, government taxes and exchange rates.
